Step One:Â
You can choose to meet with me online, by telephone, or in person. Together we will explore what challenges and obstacles you are experiencing and begin to look at the strengths that you have. Collaboratively we will develop strategies you can utilize between sessions.
Step Two:
In ongoing sessions, we look at what strategies are working and what obstacles still exist. We focus on what is going to give you momentum to move forward.

Step Three:
Therapy is at your pace; it continues as long as you feel it is beneficial. Some individuals see me once, a handful of times, or have regular sessions. Individuals take breaks, allowing themselves the time to implement the strategies in their world. Even if years pass, my door is always open to you.
