Philosophy
The root of my philosophy is the belief that solutions are possible because they lie within you. The moments of life hit us with incredible power but our own strength and resilience are limitless. Change does not happen overnight, but navigating the small steps together will build a foundation to focus on your future.
Approach
For over two decades, I have trained and practiced as a registered social worker and psychotherapist specializing in Solution Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Coaching. My work is with individual adults who need guidance with establishing goals and finding their inner strength to attain these goals. Acknowledging the challenge or trauma is only a small step in the process; focusing on techniques and resources that will allow you to move forward is the key to regaining balance and contentment in life.
